This retro release – the Nike Air Jordan 11 Retro Bred 2019 – came on Dec. 14, 2019. Designed by Tinker Hatfield, the Jordan XI changed the game. The Air Jordan 11 has been a staple in the sneaker world since its 1995 debut. It was the first basketball shoe to incorporate patent leather. Many considered this the best Air Jordan 11 colorway of all time. The 2019 version came in its original high-cut patent leather accents with a red Jumpman logo across the collar “23” on the heel, white midsole and red translucent outsole tops off the classic style. The Air Jordan 11 “Bred” has released several times over the years. The original came in 1996 with a retro iterations following in 2001, 2008, 2012 and now in 2019. Although Jordan has been retired since 2003, Air Jordan still remains one of the best-selling sneakers in the world to date.
