Frequently Asked Questions


In certain instances, we can offer shipping via an express or priority service. Please get in touch with us prior to ordering if you would like a quote or to enquire about express shipping.

Our carriers are under strict instructions not to leave your product unattended. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the designated carrier is instructed to leave a missed delivery card at your address, with further details regarding collection/re-delivery. Please note, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, several carrier services have implemented contactless delivery and may no longer require signatures for deliveries and may provide contactless delivery options.

If your order is yet to be despatched, we can update your delivery address. If your order has been despatched, we will make every effort to update your address through our logistics partner, however this is not guaranteed and may result in a delay in delivery. 

Unfortunately, in most instances we cannot despatch to PO Boxes. We’d recommend giving a residential or business address for delivery to avoid any potential delays or issues with delivery. 

We’re more than happy to ship all over the world; naturally, there are some extra costs associated with international shipping, and any duties or taxes incurred remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser. To get you an accurate quote, please advise what you’re looking at purchasing along with your preferred international delivery address; we will come back to you as soon as possible.

We are a Melbourne-headquartered business and despatch all orders from our local premises. Unfortunately, we do not offer pick-up. 

Our current order despatch timelines, and all other information regarding delivery, can be found on each individual product page, under the DELIVERY section. If you would like any further information about a specific product, or need an order by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order. For items that are being pre-sold or for which we need to bring in componentry, estimated despatch timelines can be found in the respective product description.

This can be quite common, given some unforeseen delays that can occasionally affect carrier services. If this happens with your delivery, please let us know, and we can lodge an enquiry with our logistics partner to find out more information on your behalf. 


The Premium Editions are for that specific edition number in the set. Specific edition numbers that bear significant relevance to the athlete(s)/event typically are the subject of greater demand from collectors and fans alike, which is why they are listed separately and at a higher price to reflect the demand. There are no physical differences in the product. 

We can’t make any guarantees, but wherever possible, we’ll do our best for you. Please advise the piece you’re looking at acquiring and the edition number(s) you’re especially keen on, and we’ll come back to you with what we can manage. 

All signed products and limited-edition products are accompanied by the preferred method of verification direct from the manufacturer or licensee, which is typically a physical Certificate of Authenticity, or a unique QR code or numbered hologram with online registration and/or verification. Products that are unsigned and are open edition (not limited in edition) do not come with a Certificate of Authenticity or preferred method of verification unless otherwise stated.

Unfortunately, we do not purchase memorabilia. Valuation is a complex area and relies on provenance, quality, and scarcity among a range of other factors. In the majority of cases, we would be providing such assessments within our opinion, and with insufficient information. As such, unfortunately, we do not offer any form of appraisal or valuation. 

We offer AfterPay and Zip Pay as ‘buy now pay later’ methods of payment online. Transaction limits may apply for Afterpay and Zip Pay, which may vary based on your purchase or credit history.

Yes. Every product offered is done so under the assurance that it is real, that it is authentic and that it has been manufactured under license with the express permission and endorsement of the sporting body(s) and the athlete(s) featured.

If the item is a limited-edition product, it is unlikely that we will get more in. Occasionally, this can occur, so feel free to contact us directly to register your interest on a waiting list. If the item is not a limited-edition product, we may get more stock in. Please contact us regarding any particular item you would like, and we will let you know if we are able to source it for you.

You will first need to register an account with Official Memorabilia and become verified. To do so, follow the steps below:

  • Once your payment method has been verified, you can now bid!

My Order

An order confirmation and a copy of your invoice will be automatically emailed to you within minutes of your order being completed. If you have not received this, please check your junk folder, as sometimes they can appear here. If you have not received your order confirmation email after a couple of hours, please get in contact with us and we can re-send directly to you. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer collections as we are an online store only.

Once your order is despatched, our logistics partner will email you with the relevant tracking details for your order. From here, you will be able to track your order to your door. 

We make every effort to get your order despatched as quickly as possible. In some instances, different products have varying production and despatch timelines, so it is not uncommon that you would receive products from the same order at separate times. 

Please be aware that once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify it. Please ensure you have acquired all relevant information before purchasing as we do not accept refunds for change of mind.

If your order is yet to be despatched, you can contact us and we will provide you with an update on your order progress. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email from our logistics partner. From here, you will be able to track your order to your door.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellation or refund requests due to the limited edition and special nature of our products. The majority of our items are specially produced to order and, as such, is a Firm Sale and a change of mind cancellation cannot be accepted.

If you’re order is yet to be despatched, we may be able to organise an exchange for a product(s) of equal or greater value. 

If your order has arrived damaged or faulty, please send through images of the damage to [email protected]. We will be able to assess whether repairing or replacement is necessary (whichever best solves the issue.) We’ll co-ordinate a carrier to bring your piece back to our warehouse for repair/replacement at our expense. We might need your help attaching labels to the carton which would be sent by email – so please let us know if printing will be a challenge.

If you are not logged in at the time of placing the order, it will not appear on your account Dashboard. If your order is for an auction item, you can find this by logging in at, and visiting your Dashboard.
